There are several methods which can be used to contact us. You may contact us by phone, fax, or email. We do not staff phones so expect to leave a message if you call. We encourage our customers to contact us anytime there is a question about an animal purchased from us. In addition we welcome questions from any past customers and of course questions about our inventory. We may not always answer questions regarding animals purchased elsewhere or animals that we do not carry. For advice on animals that we do not carry we always suggest books. Methods of Contacting Us

1. The best method to contact us is via email. There are several choices for contacting the proper areas. Please choose the what best describes you.
   • If you are a retail customer please contact us at sales@reptiles1.com. Be sure to include in your email the items that you are interested in ordering (by item number if available).
     
   • If you are a pet store or other dealer please contact us at dealer@reptiles1.com. Be sure to include in your email the items that you are interested in ordering (by item number if available). Dealers must also include the store name to be eligible for discounted pricing.
     
   • If you are interested in selling or trading your animals please contact us at trades@reptiles1.com. Be sure to include in your email the items that you are interested in trading (by item number if available) and a full description of the animals that you have to trade.
     
   • If you have a link to submit for our links page please submit it to us at links@reptiles1.com.
     
   • If you have a book title to suggest for our books page please submit it to us at books@reptiles1.com.
     
   Please note that we recieve hundreds of email questions per week and simply cannot answer them all. We do answer emails that relate to the products we offer and our company. We do not answer questions regarding dinosaurs, "how do I scare my big brothers girlfriend", or similar questions. Obviously our time and efforts are best utilized caring for our animals and our customers.
